The stay was enjoyable and offered a spacious room, conveniently located just moments away from the sanctuary. I appreciated the superb buffet breakfast with a fantastic variety, including delicious pastries, cheeses, and cold cuts. The hotel was clean and had large public areas to relax after a long day of exploring. However, I wish there had been a kettle in the room for a cozy cup of tea after returning from the evening procession.

Comfortable room, convenient location, perfect for those with mobility challenges as it's close to shops and the Basilica, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

The hotel’s spacious lobby made our family feel welcomed. The breakfast spread was perfect for our kids, with plenty of options, including fresh fruits and tasty pastries. We also loved being within walking distance of the church, which made exploring easy with little ones.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly menu options at dinner.

Perfect location for pilgrims

We loved the close proximity to the Basilica! The breakfast was on point with a ton of options, and the staff, especially Amerigo, always made us feel welcome. The only hiccup was limited dinner choices in town. would’ve liked more nearby options. The A/C in our room was a lifesaver during the warm nights.

I appreciated the excellent breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of options including fresh fruits, pastries, and a selection of warm dishes like scrambled eggs and bacon. The lobby area is large and welcoming, with a cozy atmosphere created by the staff's joyful demeanor, particularly the attentive reception team who provided exceptional customer service.

The beds were slightly firmer than my personal preference.

Smooth Wi-Fi, and free parking was great. Felt secure with 24-hour security, but missed a snack bar.
